Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, as permitted under EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at swissbeddingplus@gmail.com.
Delivery & Installation
Our service does not end at dispatch. We aim to ensure your mattress is delivered safely and efficiently to your home.
If your property has access limitations such as narrow staircases, small landings, or low doorways, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Providing measurements or photos helps ensure a smooth delivery.
In cases where special equipment such as furniture lifts is required, we will inform you in advance of any additional costs.
Comfort Adjustment Policy
As our mattresses are designed for long-term comfort, your body may require time to adjust.
If you are not satisfied with the firmness after three months, we offer a one-time comfort adjustment. We kindly ask customers to wait at least one month before requesting this service.
Regular mattress rotation is recommended to maintain comfort and longevity.
Old Mattress Removal
If requested in advance, we can arrange removal of your old mattress at the time of delivery. Please notify us beforehand so we can plan accordingly.
