SWISS BEDDING Warranty Policy

At Swiss Bedding, we are committed to delivering premium-quality mattresses designed for long-term comfort and durability. To support this commitment, we offer a 2-year or 5-year limited warranty, depending on the product model, under the conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

The Swiss Bedding warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the mattress core, internal structure, and spring system, including:

Structural defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials
Cracks, broken or damaged springs occurring despite proper and normal use
Permanent body indentations exceeding 1.5 inches (4 cm) that do not recover after pressure is removed

Measurements must be taken with the mattress placed on a flat, solid surface, without bedding or toppers.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery and is valid for 2 or 5 years, depending on the purchased product.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and comfort preference changes
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Stains, odors, burns, cuts, tears, infestation, moisture, or bodily fluids
Damage caused by improper or unsuitable bed bases
Mattresses used for medical or clinical purposes
Any accessories, including toppers, bases, headboards, or other add-ons

Conditions of Validity

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
Proof of purchase and original legal tags are required
Resold or second-hand products are not covered
The mattress must be used in a private residential environment

Swiss Bedding reserves the right to request photographic or other reasonable evidence to assess the claim.

Cover Warranty

The mattress cover is covered under the same 2-year or 5-year warranty period, provided it has been used under normal conditions.

Damage caused by improper washing, abnormal use, or neglect is not covered.

Swiss Bedding reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or improper use.

Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved:

The mattress will be replaced, not repaired
Replacement will be with the same model, subject to availability
No upgrades or alternative models will be offered
Collection of the defective mattress and delivery of the replacement will be arranged by Swiss Bedding at no cost to the original purchaser

Final Authority

All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of SWISS HOME MARKET LTD., based on reasonable assessment of use, condition, and evidence provided.
